Proofing & Printing Policy
At Keepsake Creative, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. After we finish designing your keepsake, you will receive a digital proof for review. We will only print your items after you have approved the proof. Please review your proof carefully, as once you approve and the item is sent to production, all sales are final. If you notice any errors, omissions, or changes after printing, any reprint costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If an error is made on our part, Keepsake Creative will provide reprints at no additional cost.
Custom Product & No Refund Policy
All Keepsake Creative products are custom-designed and printed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Custom items cannot be reused or resold. Thank you for understanding that your keepsake is crafted just for you and your loved ones.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Keepsake Creative takes great care to securely package your items and communicates special handling instructions to shipping carriers. However, we are not responsible for any damage or mishandling that may occur once a package is in the possession of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers. All items leave our facility in excellent condition. Any requests for refunds, reprints, or replacements due to shipping damage will be considered at our discretion; however, Keepsake Creative is not obligated to provide them.
