Re-Store by Keepsake Creative is an affordable professional digital photo-restoration service created to give your treasured photographs new life. Each image is carefully restored, reviewed, and prepared while preserving the character and importance of the original photograph.

Restoration may include:

Repairing or reducing cracks, scratches, creases, and tears

Removing or minimizing dust, stains, spots, and discoloration

Restoring faded colors and tones

Improving brightness, contrast, sharpness, and clarity

Repairing damaged or missing areas when possible

Preserving the classic appearance of black-and-white photographs

Adding natural-looking color to black-and-white photographs as an optional upgrade

Simple and Affordable Bundle Pricing

Re-Store uses bundle pricing to make restoring multiple family photographs easier and more affordable. Select the bundle that matches the total number of photographs you would like restored.

Our first bundle is $45 for up to five photographs, with additional bundles available in increments of five through 100 photographs.

Customers are encouraged to use all the available restoration spaces in their selected bundle. For example, a customer with three photographs may submit up to two additional photographs at no additional charge under the 1–5 Photo Bundle.

Re-Store by Keepsake Creative is committed to producing the best restoration possible for every photograph submitted. However, restoration results will vary depending on the quality, resolution, size, age, and condition of the original image.

Faded colors, scratches, cracks, stains, discoloration, and minor damage can often be significantly improved. However, details that are severely blurred, completely missing, heavily obstructed, or absent from the original photograph may not be fully recoverable. Keepsake Creative cannot guarantee that every damaged area can be reconstructed or that every photograph will produce the same level of improvement.

Black-and-white colorization, facial reconstruction, background repair, and the recreation of missing details may require artistic interpretation. Colors and reconstructed details are intended to appear natural but may not represent the exact historical colors or original details.

Colors may also appear slightly different when viewed on various phones, monitors, and other digital devices. Printed colors may vary slightly from the digital file because of differences between screens, paper, ink, and printing processes.

By submitting a photograph, the customer confirms that they own the image or have permission to reproduce, edit, restore, and print it. The customer is responsible for submitting the correct photograph and providing the highest-quality scan or digital file available.

Standard pricing covers ordinary photo restoration and enhancement. Severely damaged photographs, major reconstruction, background replacement, combining photographs, or removing or adding people and objects may require an additional fee. Any additional cost will be discussed with the customer before the advanced work is completed.

Turnaround times are estimates based on the number, condition, and complexity of the photographs submitted. Keepsake Creative will make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated completion date, but exact completion times are not guaranteed unless a specific rush-service agreement has been approved.

By placing an order with Re-Store by Keepsake Creative, the customer acknowledges and accepts the natural limitations and artistic nature of professional photo restoration.
All Re-Store photo restorations are custom-created specifically for each customer. Because every order requires personalized restoration, preparation, digital production, and printing, all sales are final once restoration work order has been placed.

Digital files cannot be returned. Printed photographs cannot be returned or exchanged because they are personalized products created from customer-provided images.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

A change of mind after restoration has started

Failure to use the completed restored photograph

Accidental submission of the wrong image by the customer

Minor color differences between screens and printed photographs

Damage or missing details that could not be fully restored

Subjective preferences that fall outside the original restoration request

Delays caused by incomplete information, low-quality files, additional customer requests, or delayed customer responses

If the customer requests changes beyond the original restoration instructions or the included revision, additional editing charges may apply.

Keepsake Creative Errors

If Keepsake Creative makes an error in the restoration, digital file, or printing process, the customer must report it within seven calendar days of receiving the completed order. Keepsake Creative will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct the file or replace the affected print at no additional cost.

A correction or replacement will be the primary remedy for an error made by Keepsake Creative. A refund will not be issued when the error can reasonably be corrected or the affected product can be replaced.

If Keepsake Creative determines that an order cannot be completed, the customer will be notified and the amount paid for the affected service will be refunded.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled only if restoration work has not started. Approved cancellations made before work begins may be refunded, minus any nonrefundable payment-processing fees.

Once restoration, editing, preparation, or printing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and the payment becomes nonrefundable.

By submitting payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the Re-Store Photo Restoration Disclaimer and Custom Service and No-Refund Policy.
How to Submit Your Photographs

After placing your Re-Store order, you may submit your photographs by email, cloud-storage link, or in person.

Submit by Email

Email your photographs to:

restore@keepsakecreative.net

You may send as many emails as necessary. For the most reliable delivery, please attach approximately 5–10 photographs per email.

Include the following with your submission:

Your full name

Your order number, if available

Any special restoration instructions

Whether you want a photograph restored in its original style or colorized

When emailing from a phone, select Original Size, Actual Size, or the highest-quality option available. Please do not send screenshots or compressed copies when the original digital file is available.

Submit by Dropbox or Google Drive

You may also submit your photographs using a Dropbox or Google Drive link. This is an easy and convenient option for larger orders or high-resolution files.

Email your shared link to restore@keepsakecreative.net and make sure the link permissions allow Keepsake Creative to view and download the files.

Bring Your Photographs to Keepsake Creative

Physical photographs may be brought to Keepsake Creative for professional scanning at no additional charge.

Your original photographs will be safely returned when your completed order is picked up. If your order is being shipped, your original photographs can be returned with the completed order.

Please contact Keepsake Creative before bringing in your photographs to confirm drop-off availability.

Please Do Not Text Photographs

Please do not send photographs by text message. Text messaging often compresses images and reduces their resolution, which can affect restoration quality.

Please use email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or in-person scanning instead.

If You Must Take a Picture of a Photograph

For the best restoration results, scanning the original photograph is recommended. If you must take a picture of a physical photograph:

Turn the camera flash off to prevent glare

Place the photograph on a clean, flat surface

Use bright, even lighting without harsh shadows

Hold your phone or camera directly above and parallel to the photograph

Make sure the entire photograph is visible and in focus

Avoid reflections, fingers, frames, glass, and nearby objects

Send the image at its original or highest available resolution

Flash glare, reflections, shadows, blur, and angled photographs may hide important details and interfere with the restoration process.
